By agreeing to a commission to me, you understand and agree to all the terms below:

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

If commercial use and/or private commission is desired, feel free to contact me for further inquiry.

References will be checked and finalized by the client to avoid any unclear points before starting.

I reserve the right to keep and use the rejected sketches I made for my personal and future commission use.

None and absolutely NONE of my works are/for NFTs. If anyone has any problems with a NFT with my works in it, I cannot help as it counts as a stolen piece and legal action against the seller will be considered.

I do not allow any website associated with AI art, like Mimic/SD and others, to use any of my pieces directly or indirectly in their process. This includes uploading and "mashing up" one of my pieces and claiming it as their own. This rule applies ESPECIALLY when the client decide to change/adjust (be it them or an accomplice) the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

Additional fees may apply due to the complexity of the piece.

I only accept USD and EURO through Paypal or Ko-fi.

Payment can be 100% paid upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Don't send me any form of payment before I have agreed on the commission/slot and have requested and/or sent an invoice.

Completion time for the commission would be 5 days to 2 months depending on the complexity of the piece, personal emergencies and other factors. (This may change depending on the amount of queue and demand).

Sketches of approval will be sent for any possible revisions.

3 free revisions are given after approval of the sketch. Any revisions after that amount will result in additional fees, unless a misunderstanding on my side happens.

Once the piece is fully finished, the client will receive the full resolution image, a watermarked glazed and a non-watermarked web-friendly sized image; with the exception of the icon commissions, which will only have the full resolution image and a watermarked glazed image.

THESE ARE DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND THERE IS NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT. If you desire to print it (stickers, cards, wall design, etc.) for personal use, by all means, feel free to do so.

I, NobodyMono, the artist, reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at anytime for any reason.

I, NobodyMono, the artist, retain all copyrights over the commissioned work only. (Unless Commercial Use is discussed).

I, NobodyMono, the artist, do NOT claim the IP in the commissioned work.

I, NobodyMono, the artist, will NOT profit further from the commissioned work unless the client has broken any of the terms.

I, NobodyMono, the artist, reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my socials (using the watermarked one) and in my portfolio and self promotion. As well as streaming or recording the artwork online. Unless, the client has explicitly says otherwise beforehand (both before starting and posting).

You, the client/customer, may upload the commissioned artwork (all versions) on any website and social channels.

You, the client/customer, may NOT make any profit from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.) unless it is a piece of a character being sold or commercial use is discussed.

You, the client/customer, may NOT alter the artwork in any way without my consent and/or prior agreement. This rule applies ESPECIALLY when the client decide to change/adjust (be it them or an accomplice) the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

You, the client/customer, retain the right of the IP.

The client is not allowed a refund once the sketch for the commission has been approved.

If for any reason that I cannot work/start on your commission nor I have not worked on it for 6 months , the client will recieve a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, please do not request a Paypal chargeback, I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback without my consent or knowing, the client will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit from it further in any way and means. The client will then be blacklisted from commissioning me ever again.
